Peninsula Truss

Peninsula Truss Co. was started in Bremerton, Washington by Chet and Debbie Loudin in 1979. Chet’s Truss Company was the first roof truss manufacturer in Kitsap County and remains so today. In the mid 1980’s, the company moved its facilities to a new and larger location near Belfair, WA. In January of 1997, Chet’s Truss was purchased by David Jory and Parker Lumber Co. of Bremerton, one of the oldest companies in Kitsap County and a respected supplier of building materials since 1922. We changed our name to Peninsula Truss Co. and began a large ongoing investment program to upgrade and expand our manufacturing equipment, boom trucks and facilities.

In 2009, Kingston Lumber purchased Peninsula Truss after the closing of Parker Lumber. Peninsula Truss is a perfect fit for Kingston Lumber because of a shared commitment to customer service and a great tie into our panelization plant.
